TikTok Creator Marketplace: 2026 Quick Guide to TikTok One
Start in TikTok One
TikTok Creator Marketplace connects brands with creators for paid collaborations, but new projects now run through TikTok One. Creators should check the sign-up route and the requirements of each project; brands should use TikTok One to define a brief, find suitable creators and manage the collaboration. Joining does not guarantee a deal, and earnings depend on the project’s payment terms rather than a fixed rate per follower.

What Is TikTok Creator Marketplace Now?
Creator Marketplace is TikTok’s official brand-and-creator collaboration offering within TikTok One. The familiar name still appears in parts of the app and in TikTok’s current product descriptions, so seeing “Creator Marketplace” does not necessarily mean you are using the old standalone service.
The important change is where new work happens. TikTok’s transition instructions say that no new campaigns would be posted on the legacy Creator Marketplace or TikTok Creative Challenge platforms after 10 March 2025. Creators need TikTok One for new brand campaigns, while legacy earnings and ongoing orders have a separate access route.
Think of it as a place to find and manage commercial projects, not a program that automatically pays for every video view. For the broader picture of rewards, gifts and other income routes, see how TikTok pays creators.

How to Join as a Creator
Start in the TikTok app with the account you want to use for collaborations. TikTok’s current sign-up guidance provides several entry points, including TikTok Studio and an in-app search for TikTok One.
- Open your profile and TikTok Studio. Depending on your app layout, open the profile menu first.
- Look for Creator Marketplace. It may appear under Monetization; use View all if shown. Alternatively, search for TikTok One inside TikTok and open its Creator Marketplace entry.
- Complete the sign-up or eligibility check displayed. Follow the options available to your account rather than an old screenshot tutorial.
- Finish your creator profile. Add relevant industries, languages, contact information and starting rates where requested.
- Review actual projects. Check their requirements and payment details before applying or accepting an invitation.
If you used the old Marketplace, TikTok’s transition instructions describe a dropdown that lets existing users switch to TikTok One. New users may enter TikTok One directly from the Creator Marketplace option.
What Are the Requirements in 2026?
TikTok's July 2026 Business Help guidance separates registration from participation in paid projects. Its creator sign-up requirements say TikTok One must have launched in your country or region, you must be at least 18, and you must meet its Community Guidelines and Branded Content Policy.
The same guidance says project participation requires 1,000 or more followers plus other requirements, which vary by project and may change. This does not mean every creator with 1,000 followers can access every campaign or will be selected.
Why Do Some TikTok Pages Still Say 10,000 Followers?
TikTok’s official pages are not fully aligned. Its general TikTok One support page still lists 10,000 followers, 1,000 post views in the previous 30 days and three posts in that period, alongside age and account-standing requirements. It also notes regional differences.
Do not combine those figures into a new universal rule, or substitute the old article’s 100,000-view threshold. Check the eligibility screen for your account, then the specific project’s criteria; registration, project access and selection are separate questions.

Find and Join Brand Projects
Creators do not have to rely only on brands discovering their profile. TikTok One supports direct invitations, open applications and invitation-link workflows, with different steps and payment arrangements.
- Direct invitation: look for the project in your TikTok inbox or TikTok One notifications. Review the brief and payment details, then accept or negotiate where the option is available.
- Open application: explore the projects available to you, read the requirements and apply. You may need to answer screening questions; acceptance can require brand or platform review, and some projects may offer a waitlist.
- Invitation link: verify the sender and review the project inside TikTok before joining. TikTok’s documented invite-link route uses offline payment and pricing rather than online price setting and negotiation.
Once accepted, use the collaboration page to check the video requirements, deadlines, contact details and payment information. Do not begin from a vague email promise when the actual project terms say something different.

How Brands Use TikTok One
Brands need a verified business to create a TikTok One project. Start with a defined audience and a clear content goal, then choose creators whose work fits that brief rather than simply sorting by follower count.
- Choose the project region. TikTok One’s project and creator information is organized by region.
- Create a Creator marketing project. Select a brand profile and enter the project description, country or region, and video requirements.
- Set the collaboration terms. Review payment preferences, content expectations and any ad-authorization period.
- Find suitable creators. Use discovery tools, shortlists, direct invitations or an open application.
- Manage review and delivery. Follow the project’s production, compliance-review, approval and publishing stages, then review the available performance reports.
TikTok introduced Creator AI Search in 2026, allowing brands to describe what they need or start from a campaign brief. Treat an AI-generated shortlist as a starting point: watch the creator’s videos and assess audience fit, presentation and suitability yourself.
Available options can vary by region, account and project type. Do not assume that every collaboration uses identical payment, publishing or approval controls.
How Much Does TikTok Creator Marketplace Pay?
There is no reliable universal answer such as “10,000 followers earns a set amount per post.” TikTok One offers project-based payment structures, and the offer you receive depends on the work and the applicable terms.
TikTok’s creator payment-model guidance describes three models:
- Base pay only: a flat fee based on the number and type of deliverables. The project tells you whether it is negotiable or fixed.
- -Revenue share only: payment depends on the published video’s performance and the advertiser’s ad spend. This documented model applies to in-feed ads.
- Base pay plus revenue share: a flat fee plus an additional performance-linked payment. TikTok describes this model as non-negotiable.

Check what triggers payment, where it is handled and what deductions or currency conversion may apply. Online and agreed offline arrangements exist, and the exact payment flow depends on the project; an estimated amount is not the same as money already available to withdraw.
Do not import Creator Rewards’ payout schedule into a brand collaboration. Read the payment details attached to the project you are actually joining.
Review the Offer Before You Accept
A promising brand name is not enough to evaluate an offer. Make sure the brief answers these practical questions before you commit:
- Deliverables: how many videos, which formats and what must appear in the content?
- Review process: who approves the work, what revisions are included and when is feedback due?
- Publication: does the video go on your account, the brand’s account, or run as an ad?
- Usage rights: how long may the content be used, where may it appear, and what ad authorization or exclusivity is requested?
- Payment: what is fixed, what depends on performance, and what must happen before payment is due?

For example, one product demonstration posted to your account is a different scope from the same video plus paid advertising rights and additional edits. Ask for those expectations to be clear before comparing the fee with another offer.
Keep your application honest and relevant. A strong fit between your content and the brief is more useful than presenting inflated numbers or promising results you cannot control.
Disclose the Partnership Before Posting
TikTok requires its content disclosure setting when a post promotes a brand, product or service. For a collaboration with another business, follow its commercial-content disclosure instructions and select the appropriate branded-content option.
From the post screen, open Content disclosure and ads, turn on Disclose commercial content, choose Branded content, then save and confirm. If the option is not immediately visible, look under More options.
Content for another business is labeled Paid partnership; promotion of your own business uses Conteúdo promocional. Also review any brand-partner tagging and ad-authorization options before granting them, rather than assuming they are only decorative labels.
Creator Marketplace, Creator Rewards and TikTok Shop Are Different
These names often appear together, but they answer different earning questions. Use the route that matches what you want to do instead of borrowing eligibility rules from another program.
| Route | Main purpose |
| TikTok One / Creator Marketplace | Find and manage creator-brand collaborations and project-based content work. |
| Creator Rewards | Earn rewards through a separate program for eligible original videos and qualified views. |
| TikTok Shop affiliate | Earn commission from qualifying product sales, subject to the market’s affiliate rules. |
If your goal is earning commission from product sales, check the separate TikTok Shop follower requirements for the account type and market you plan to use. A Shop account or affiliate approval does not by itself establish your eligibility for a TikTok One project.
Perguntas frequentes
Does Joining TikTok One Guarantee Brand Deals?
No. Registration gives you access to the opportunities available to your account, not guaranteed selection or income. Your profile, project fit, campaign requirements and the brand’s decision still matter.
Do I Need a Separate Creator Marketplace App?
TikTok’s creator sign-up guidance directs you through the TikTok app, including TikTok Studio or an in-app search for TikTok One. Start there rather than downloading an unofficial “Creator Marketplace” APK or paying someone to activate access.
Start With One Suitable Project
Check your account’s available route, complete your profile and choose a project you can deliver well. Clear scope, suitable content and understood payment terms make a better starting point than chasing a follower milestone or an advertised earnings range.
